I was an alcoholic all throughout my 20s. Nearly 6 years sober. Rock bottom is hell. Blacking out multiple times a day, rarely eating, vomiting daily, getting arrested, alienating yourself from everybody, and so much more misery. It's not easy but it's possible to claw through it. You have to have the strength to face everything that's haunting you and figure out how you're going to deal with it. Then you have to boss up and deal with it. Conquering addiction takes time and there is no bouncing back overnight. Your brain needs time to heal and the road is long. It's often very dark. When you finally feel comfortable and confident in your sobriety it is imperative to stay busy. Put your talent and hard work into something that makes you happy and something you can feel a sense of accomplishment with. I could go on forever. If you're reading this and you're struggling, FIGHT! You really can do this.

JT Daniel’s started his college football career at USC, transferred to Georgia and lost his job to Stetson “DoorDash” Bennett, then transferred to west Virginia, didn’t really workout, then transferred again to rice where he spent his last year playing football and medically retired due to multiple concussions
@tonymata25 ай бұрын
JT Daniels is/was a local Orange County California Phenom, only 3 true freshmen (14-15 yrs old vs 18 yrs old seniors) started QB for one of the best Highschool programs in the country MATER DEI HS in Santa Ana, Ca. Todd Marinovich (Raiders) , Matt Barkley (10 NFL teams) and JT Daniels were the only 3 to do this at Powerhouse Mater Dei. (coincidentally all 3 went on to start as freshmen at USC) Daniels had an above avg. Freshman year at USC but was injured second game of his Sophomore year. Kedon Slovis took over and did well, so JT sat the bench after recovering. his Jr year he transfered to Georgia, played two years there and was injury prone, he went to PITT and started, then transferred to RICE, he recieved yet another one of multiple concussions at RICE and was medically retired on 12-1-2023. I have heard post college interviews with him and he wants to go into coaching, he is a happy go lucky guy who had bad luck with injuries, Fight On JT!

For those wondering: JT Daniels transferred to West Virginia in 2022 and was benched midway through the season after going 3-6 (West Virginia finished the season 5-7 with Garret Greene at QB). He transferred to Rice in 2023 and was knocked out with a concussion during a loss to SMU. Prior to losing to SMU, the team was 4-4 with Daniels and ultimately finished 6-7. JT Daniels medically retired from football after that and is now an offensive analyst for West Georgia in Division II football.

If you look at the games he played better is 2021 than in 2022. He had a 4 game streak in 22 with no TD, 6 total games without a TD and less than 50% completion, and if watched the games it was obvious that he was under the influence of something. Monken is a genius for being able to win back to back national championships with that kind of inconsistency. After the 21 season he really started to act out around town, and he pretty much ruined his reputation around Athens in 22. He was at the UT Martin game in 2023 but Kirby wouldn't let him on the sideline because he was drunk. He got thrown out of the stadium for trying to start a fight over a seat. He definitely has a drug/drinking problem and everyone in Athens knew it.

NCAA thinks they're above fair-use clauses and copyright claims anything that even smells like it was from one of their broadcasts. It's not worth fighting psychos like that even you're using the content for educational/commentary purposes, which is legal. "Rebroadcasting" a game would be a legitimate copyright claim. But KZbin immediately sides with the party making the claim while it investigates and hides the video until it's complete, whenever that'd be. In reality though, they don't investigate often as that costs time and money, so they'll just strike your channel. You only get 2 strikes lifetime. The third, they just delete your channel. So, no messing with NCAA material.

That UGA Bama championship game for the natty that year though, a lot of starters were out for that game. This was the first game that started Bama's slide. Started in that game with the backups being more poorly coached. That season Bama was only rushing for 3.2 yards per carry at best. But the difference of when the starters were in crushed UGA in the SECCG. We can all pretend though that it didn't make a difference but it did. @@timczarkowski6165that’s unequivocally false. Everyone embraced him midway through the first natty run. Have no idea what you’re talking about. The year he got criticism was the Covid year where he threw two games away

Can we get a review of college legends. Trevor Lawrence, Joey B, Tua and which one is doing better.

That my Dawg! No mention of Matthew Stafford, another legendary Bulldog and still one of the best arms the game has ever seen! Go Dawgs!

God bless him. Hope he greats a chance to show some flashes of what we think he can be. Especially in today's game. Backups seem to be getting more chances than ever. Maybe he'll prove he's a #1 like how he did at Georgia. Thanks for the video!
