It really angers me that nobody pulled up Dawah Man and said woah, show some respect for your elder when he was calling brother Adnan a 'showman', i actually find this really upsetting, for me brother Adnan is doing what everyone with knowledge should be doing, addressing a massive issue we have in the Muslim community at the moment, and that is these young men thinking they are the ulema, I'm a bit older and thank god, because if i was one of these young muslims maybe i would be listening to these people who probably don't know much more then me, i think they are especially dangerous for people with convert backgrounds like me, imagine converts listening to these people at the beggining of their islamic journey, what a disastor . I totally respect you Mr Rashid and i am so upset about how you were treated, i am happy that mohammed hijaab clearly has your back at the end of the video and on the day i saw him whispering in you ear, so i am happy that at least some people are supporting you and so ashmed of those who do not.....

Something doesn't make sense to me. Why don't the MAJOR scholars refute people like Dr Yasir Qadhi or Sheikh Haitham Al-Hadad? Why doesn't Dawah man's teacher Abdur-rahman Hassan refute them? Dawah man who has only been studying the religion for around 2/3 years should not be refuting respected speakers. I do not hate Dawah man, I enjoy watching his videos and Adnan videos and Ali dawah and Mohammad hijab, but I do believe that Imran has gone too far.

The answer to your question is very simple...Forget about major scholars, no scholar would agree with Dawah Man et al. Just think back to the incident, when Abu Khadeejah from SPUBS (Imran et al. are nowadays on the same Manhaj) attacked Shaykh Tahir Wyatt, because the latter sat with Nation of Islam on one occassion. Long story, short, multiple people of knowledge - including Shaykh Saleh As-Suhaymee - defended brother Wyatt and refuted Abu Khadeejah. At the end of the day, Akhoona wa Shaykhoona Tahir Wyatt is now teaching in Masjid An-Nabawi, while Abu Khadeejah can't even recite the Qur'an correctly and has only credibility in the eyes of the Juhaal and Fussaaq. this is not true unfortunately. Adnan and Imran Ibn Mansur are NOT on the same level of knowledge, this is commonly known to any student of knowledge as they are the ones who know these people better than of the youngsters who watch these videos only. Adnan Rashid is far far beyond him in terms of knowledge, in experience and in terms of knowledge, this cannot be disputed. Many youngsters unfortunately do not understand this, they see what they see on youtube but they don't really understand the reality. If you look at what some of the contemporary scholars say, early age in Islam makes a huge difference, whether you can understand that or not. It is like comparing a head surgeon to a first year medical student, this is the difference in terms of practicality and knowledge.

Comments are 1 sided on both videos even more on his video, Brother Adnan already apologised in this video and he didn't justify his behaviour, Brother Imran's background is that he's being studying Islam for 5 or 6 years, before that he was a rap artist whereas brother Adnan is 50 years old so their knowledge wouldn't be on the same level .Imran studied under him when Imran had little knowledge and was angry because in recent times Imran had started talking about Brother Adnan in a degrading manner , if you had a son who you taught everything, brought him up and when he's older he starts questioning your authority how would you feel?

There is no need for both of you to upload videos degrading each other in a sense because it just looks very bad and childish. Therefore, it's best to deal with this matter privately with few witnesses. Bismillahir Rahman nir Raheem. Dear Br.Adnan, I enjoy watching your videos and when I heard about Dawahman my first impression was what you had said of him. After introspecting and viewing his channel, I realized that this is just a young man who left a worse life of music, girls, alcohol, drugs- he could have been in a situation far worse. I realize Dawahman is young, and when he was introduced to Islam, it seemed logical to him. Seeing his old videos he seemed as though it was a revelation to him, that the music he enjoyed had very bad connotations. He gave up this life and temptations and preaches against them. Yes, some of this content is immature, and perhaps things he would regret later on. As he learned the basic principles of Islam, he started to guide and teach others about it. He became engrossed in a different kind of interest, dawah. It was pure, it was truth to him. Then later, he came across a Shaikh who said that riba was halal- under some circumstances like student loans- but this fatwa for Dawahman was something he was taught against. He uses his own rational , as young people do and later gain wisdom and change, and concludes that the Shaykh is absolutely wrong, riba is haram, it's haram enough said . Yes, he thinks like this because he's just learning, he came out from a world of lies and deception into a religion of truth. In the past, sahabas can be seen to have his fervid for Islam, but not all the time did Prophet approve of there extreme actions. Dawahman also was against something other scholars would disagree regarding the Shaykh. Finally , he has to come up a reason as to why they would change the teachings and permit something prohibited, saying it's not islam but a sect or a cult. Please do not defame Dawahman and say he is crazy or dangerous or something evil. We have no right to judge that. It could be just ignorance, but people soon learn as they age and really regret their actions. There was also a man who used to drink alcohol and people were angered by his actions but he had faith in Allah and the hereafter. People can change. We need to be nicer, and not say bad stuff about others. Br. Adnan, I request you to leave the anger behind you and use more gentler words. No one knows what is in another person's heart. We have no right to criticize and judge me, but we can correct them in a civil way. I guess it's perhaps you deal with non-muslims day to day and it can be challenging . But I assure you, Dawahman is in a safer environment than most of the youth. And he's not the only youth that has this passion of Islam , which can come across as ignorance of Islam, we have to teach our youth, not chase them away from our masjids and destroy our relations with them. Everything you're saying is exactly what I have witnessed the BARELVI community doing my entire life. ANYONE who disaggreees with them they label a Wobbler or Wahabi. Even if they follow Hanafi, Shafi, Hanbali, Maliki, Daobandi, Ahle Hadith, Salafi, etc etc whatever their particular SOF is they will immediately label them a WOBBLER. I agree with your opinion in regards to disrespecting shuyookh etc. And I am grateful that you have given reasons why you were angry. However watching the video and seeing how angry and aggressive you became, and how you dismissed the sheikh (arbitrator) was a little upsetting brother. Please control yourself in the future as what you say I support and whenever we lose our composure the message we are trying to portray usually becomes shadowed by our bad behaviour. This is a bit of a mess. I've just seen the video of the row at Speakers Corner, and it mentions nothing about arbitration and all about you not turning up for a debate or something? Sounds and looks like Imran is a very insincere individual who is deceiving a lot of people. It wouldn't be the first time he's done that though. If this is the guy's real character, then I fully understand you being so vexed about it all. He puts on the air of respectability but inside the guy is extremely disingenuous. This is just from a humble Christian's point of view, however.

Something doesn't make sense to me. Why don't the MAJOR scholars refute people like Dr Yasir Qadhi or Sheikh Haitham Al-Hadad? Why doesn't Dawah man's teacher Abdur-rahman Hassan refute them? Dawah man who has only been studying the religion for around 2/3 years should not be refuting respected speakers. I do not hate Dawah man, I enjoy watching his videos and Adnan videos and Ali dawah and Mohammad hijab, but I do believe that Imran has gone too far.

people are so intrested in drama and name calling. the two parties should have dealt with it privately. i beleive that Dawah man's companions should not have posted the video about adnan. it only led to unnecessary online drama. nonetheless as the sheikh said we should stop attacking each and let the two parties settle their disagreement in the companies of the ppl of knowledge

The way dawah man talks about the issue of taking out a loan it really depresses me and im sure others but the solution that he offers is not as easy as he makes it out to be its like he doesn't want educated youngsters in islam.

Da'wah Man said that the video went up without his knowledge because Da'wah Man is not the only one that uploads videos on his Naseeha Sessions Channel. He has a team that helps with video uploading as well. He's also mentioned in the past that he also has like four other brothers that upload on his instagram. Am I the only one that noticed that in the last video on the Naseeha Sessions channel that the pronouns 'He' and the name 'Da'wah Man' was used. Surely if Imran had uploaded it, he would have said "I' and "Me' instead of "He/his" and ' Da'wah Man'.

Greetings from Germany, i love the work of Adnan Rashid and his Lectures and Dawah on Hyde park London. It was very disrespectful from Dawah-Man to discredit him against the Shayk with his provocation saying "This Shayk has more knowledge than you"or asking the Shayk to continue to speak... and he knows Adnan is a very learned Person. if he calls Adnan a "Jahil" then i dont know what Dawah-man himself is he must be the worst of the Jahil. Keep on doing your work Ustadh Adnan and you know this maybe a hard test for you from Allah. may Allah bless you and your family and i will continue to enjoy your videos even though my mother language isnt english:-)
