We'll be on our first Virgin Voyage this April on Valiant Lady for an 8 day and can't wait. We had originally booked an 11 day transatlantic on Resilient Lady but that got canceled, Virgin gave us 200%(!!!) credit and our Posh Suite on that sailing became a Massive Suite on our upcoming trip thanks to that generous credit. We're really excited, and your as-always excellent video is another great way to stoke our anticipation. Thanks!

Ah Dan and Emily waving from the gym. Solo was on our valiant lady in June but Dan and Emily were on in October and November. I wonder how long there was 3 gym instructors?

Hi Jason. I was pleased to see this review from you, well, kind of waiting for it really !! You got into the ship and all it had to offer with an open mind, mind you. There are some well seasoned cruisers that sailed aboard her (Sans the MDR/Main show lounge entertainment fare, And just not your run of the mill cruise experience) that kind of threw them off, and not in a good way. You can tell when a standard cruiser hits something that isn't "Run of the mill." Their reviews speak for themselves, really. Virgin Voyages and Vikings Expedition ships just rubbed some folks like petting a cat backwards. So I was really glad to hear your take on the ship and what she offers. Your "Pain in the aft's" are some common issues for many. North American cruisers, if they were paying attention, when the ship premiered in the UK, would have known what to expect, when she finally got state side. Alas, there are a few pretty rotten reviews of Virgin out there. Yours was NOT one of them. Thanks for this review.

Nothing happens on Valiant Lady

There is nothing that would make me want to cruise on this ship. One 8x10 pool for 4000 people? So much red, it makes me angry just looking at the ship. For comparison, princess ships have 13 hot tubs

The most that have been on the ship is around 1600/1700. Its awesome and spent 4 weeks on her last year and spending 5 weeks this year

employees should get rooms just as nice as guest. im appalled at the living quarters they assign to employees. totally inhumane. prisoners in federal prison get better living space. Not a fan of this industry quite yet. but yes this cruise looks really nice.
