What's Bare Minimum Monday mean? What does this new work term mean for team members and managers?

Busy does not necessarily equal productive. When I first started working I always found it strange the number of jobs that were EXACTLY 9-5, 5 days a week, because what are the odds that so many jobs require the exact same number of hours to complete? And then you spend so many hours sat at a desk with nothing to do. There are certain roles that require a person to be present, but really, productivity is much more important than the number of hours an employee is physically (or virtually) in the workplace.
