I'm kind of doubtful that the animals are missing the visitors. It would be wonderfully peaceful for them at the moment. The zoo must be the best place to hang out during lockdown.

They hate the visitors! I was at the zoo 3 weeks ago and definitely not going back! The visitors make them super uncomfortable.

Thanks enjoyed this. I used to live near the zoo and it was great to hear the sounds of the animals, especially the lions roar. Looking forward to coming back

I’ve witnessed those lions roar... it’s breathtaking. Like an otherworldly experience. You can feel the ground rumble and it bellows through your body. Seriously one of the best experiences of my life.

We are open again now but had to close due to statewide COVID restrictions that were in place here in Victoria
