Thank you very much for sharing this great video. We have been to JA 10+ times and are considering staying at this resort in the coming months. Trip advisor is full of complaints and 1 star reviews. Lack of towels, cutlery and empty food at meals times mostly. Did you experience any of these issues? Thank you in advance.

For the price, we found the value to be great. Although we heard some complaints about food running out, hot water and customer service in the reviews, we personally didn’t encounter these issues. However, there was one afternoon when the resort ran out of towels at the beach, which was a bit inconvenient but not a major problem. They also didn't provide washcloths in the room, so you can bring your own or not sure if you could request it at the reception desk. Overall, it’s a good option for a quick getaway and if you're not too fussy and don't need the luxury experience. While it’s not perfect, we had a great time and appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, authentic Jamaican food and the clear beach, one of the best we've seen for resorts in the Montego Bay area.

We stayed at this resort in late August and during that time we did not have any major issues with the customer service, food, or entertainment. Prior to the stay we had heard issues that customer service was bad, there was no hot water in shower, we did not experience those issues. Its definetly not a 5* star resort, but I think it's good value for a 3*/4* resort and a quick getaway resort where you just need somewhere to eat and sleep if you are planning to explore Jamaica.
