I read the developer missed a deadline, but the original agreement is still in place. My guess, is there might be a water issue. How does the city prioritize water for residential and commercial tenants. I will ask this when I attend Leander's city update. But hey...have you seen Northline yet!

Leander Springs is not going to have the lagoon. They city said no to it because the developer did not meet deadlines and did not submit the documents outlining how the lagoon would be developed. The developer can proceed with commercial development, but the lagoon is not allowed any longer as of April 2024.
