I love the idea of making orange chicken with the ground chicken. It seems like it would make it a lot simpler but you still get that great orange chicken flavor. That pea salad reminds me a lot of an overnight cauliflower salad that my mom makes which is layered kind of similarly, I have to give that want to try for sure!

That's what I liked about the orange chicken - it was quicker than making it the traditional way, but you get the same flavor. That salad sounds delicious!

Yum!!! I will definitely be trying that orange chicken soon! I love lima beans too. My husband does too. I have some and just haven't thought about them.😉 and girl, I love those turnip greens!
