America's Test Kitchen is the BEST. A little labor intensive but their recipes always turn out amazing!! Their fried chicken recipe is my go-to, as is their chocolate chip cookie recipe. Yum!

I do the same thing with my chili dogs!😆 2 dogs, 1 bun! I also cut the dogs in half lengthwise, so they lay flat on the bun and cover the whole thing. 😋
