Thank you! If I'm going to eat a hot dog, I want it loaded lol. I try to keep a few things on hand for a made at home "fast food" type dinner. My husband and I really hate hitting up a drive through.. for the cost and also health reasons but sometimes you've got those days where you just need to put something on the table! I can't wait for the potato sausage casserole. I think I saw somewhere that if you soak the potatoes in salted ice water for a bit, then put them on paper towels to dry, then fry them in oil they are supposed to be crispier. Not sure if it works or not, ha ha.

I will have to try that! I always really love the sweet potato fries at the restaurants, but they're just not the same when I make them at home. Thanks for the tip!
