I love Lisa from Farmhouse on Boone’s recipe for sourdough pizza. You basically can prepare it in the morning and have it for dinner. What I most often do is whenever my sourdough starter is fed and bubbly I prepare 2x the recipe and after the 8 hours fermentation I put it in the fridge for whenever during the week we want pizza! Then we can have fresh pizza one night and pizza all ready to be baked the next day!
