Happy Birthday Steve! Nice to do up roasts to have leftovers for sandwiches. Your yule log was fine! I love a Swiss roll cake but have never made one. Years back the store ones were okay, they are no good anymore. No flavor. My mom would get a chocolate one that had a creamy filling. Special treat. Hello from the land of rain - Oregon.

Wow! That yule log looks fab!!! I've never tried putting the ganache in the middle. Will try it. I use a 7 minute frosting in mine. It's really light and almost marshmallow like frosting. It has to be frozen once filled before slicing because it's so fluffy. Like the Swiss rolls I suppose. I will try your way next time to see how family likes it. I'm sure it will be a hit.

Well Hailey you made that chocolate log look effortless to.make, looks brilliant I going to have a go hopefully be better that my last attempt. !! The sausage hash looks so nice as well. I'm getting into sausages a bit more now, at 1 time I rralky wasn't keen even tho my husband loves them & only buy nice ones, not cheap crappy ones. But I'm getting better with them I'm like Steve I could eat salad 🥗 all the time I just love it. That pork & gammon looks delicious. Did you just boil it Hailey or do anything else with it ? If I do it husbabd likes it just boiled.

I boil it, this I popped it in airfryer 30 minutes, but usually I put honey on it then in the oven xx
