Underboost could be a small air leak so check all the boost pipes and vacuum hoses, even check the little filter on the vacuum pump if it's easy to get off. Could also be related to early signs of a failing egr valve. Good luck 👍

Good ya back sorry you’re suffering a bit but with that attitude you’ll do ok, I had bowel cancer 13 years ago at 57 it was unpleasant and stuff but we do what we can, good luck with it all

My mate had one of these and his chassis snapped in two peace's look at the new ones they have an extra buttresses in the middle on the bend up to the back of the chassis.

Hi Mark hope your well you say boost problems I had this on an audi a3 1.9 diesel mine was overboost and I was told the same as you I'd need a new turbo I found a handy trick from KZbin I put mr muscle oven cleaner in the exhaust side of turbo and worked the actuator lone behold when I tool it out for a drive it was perfect and is still going strong to this day my friend owns it now hope this might help you

Also on the video I saw they said the let it soak for an hour or 2 to let the stuff try and work in

Hi mark did you find manage to seal up the hot pipe issue Mines leaking now and just curious how you got on with a re seal

Badly lol , tried everything but in the end bought another one , plus my boost leak turned out to be the bottom waste gate , I found it after buying 2nd hand turbos and getting a garage to fit them , £1400 later and it was the same!! Went back after I found it and they said "oh right ! " Not helpful Sorry to say I think they might go out of shape so they why it didn't matter what I did , even changed the O ring
