What's Going on With Need for Speed?

Seacrest county imo is the best open-world in any racing game ever. Because it is a racetrack with world built around it, and not the other way round. I'm currently replaying rivals rn, after dropping payback midway through. And I pretty much have the same opinion as you do. They need another hot pursuit game.

I agree, it’s such a good map. I hear they are remaking Most Wanted (doubt) so that might be nice but we need a new game that isn’t just okay.

The multiplayer economy need to be good on release and tbh I’d like them to do a crew 2 map just make each city more interactive/interesting, bring back the impound system way, more players per lobby more racers on the streets when just driving around, should be able to start races with them while just driving, it’s hard to say how to make a better nfs they been doing the same thing for the past 3 games

if they can find the same charm that most wanted and underground 2 had, i think they can bring it back. i agree all these new NFS games are trying to hard. i just wanna be the best racer. Not an undercover cop who also has a love interest who turns out to be the villain. like i really dont need to know all that. just let me make my car look crazy with a fat wide body kit and a huge wing and RACE and also whoop cops. thats also fun

I rather see a completely new IP instead of being an another Forza Horizon like game like The Crew is doing with Motorfest. NFS is seriously lacking mainly because it's fanbase can't decide for the franchise identity and everytime they try it divides them even more. That's why I'm looking foward to alternative titles like Night Runners because it has a real commitment of what it's trying to deliver and I'm definintely looking foward. (Sorry folks but remasters will not cut it) They desperately need to reinvent their formula. no matter how many flares they add on or shortlived mediocre content from previous games. It's simply not working.

That made Need for Speed World which was a combo of maps from Most Wanted and Carbon but they have never made a Horizon like game.

@@LordChromeGaming I think that would be pretty sick. An open world map with some random police chases thrown in. Or the ability to play as a cop and stop illegal street racers
