What's going on

Hi guys now it's 1 am in the morning of 14th so I'm sorry if I looked tired. I schedule this video to post it on the 18th, The day of my surgery I hope everything will go smoothly. Obviously I'm not good at speaking at the front of my camera so It's best to give you details through writing.
A lot of things will change I've moved back to Thailand so I can take care of my heath, It's good to be near the hospital for the time being. Yesterday I went to see the doctor. He told me that this time he needs to cut the small part of my cheeks and inside my mouth to remove the lumps. Last time I was scared of the scars so he did by scrap it underneath my upper lips, but it wasn't enough. I don't know how to deal with this yet, but I hope by the time I go through the surgery I'll be fine. Thank you so much for being here
