You def spelled it right.☺️ a popular cold dessert in the PH made up of crushed ice, evaporated milk, and various ingredients such as ube jam (ube halaya), sweetened kidney beans or garbanzo beans, coconut strips, jackfruit, gulaman (agar), flan, topped with a scoop of ube ice cream
