Well the part that is the hardest ist that I've been aware of it for many years now and it makes trusting anyone extremely difficult. My physical existence has been reduced for something like a prison for about 5 years. So watching my life pass me by, not being able to start a family or even have privacy in my own room heart breaking. If I had any way to physically relocate or move I would have done it long ago... but everything I do is attacked and interfered with. I'm still cultivating my options and not letting myself be defeated but it is true that nobody can live under these conditions without constantly being at a level of vigilance that is akin to being on a battlefield... yes it is both traumatic and stressful, but I suppose I don't remember anything else at this point.
