I have a feeling that Taekook got into trouble for being so close. Not only can you see that someone(out of frame) told him to remove his hand off of Tae's shoulder, but observe Hobis, Joons and Jins reaction at Jks move. Hobi got serious because he knew it wasn't allowed, Jin tried to ignore it (you can see him raising his eyebrows as to shake it off) and Namjoon made the hand movement as "put it down". And Jungkook removed it so awkwardly and was visibly sad. Furthermore, he seemed to be fighting tears at that moment and later when Joon hugged him.
