Your presentations are the best! You missed Zions Meats in Hurricane located where Stout’s is. They have grass-fed/grass-finished beef locally grown and locally butchered, and you do not have to buy a quantity.

@@Marine450x Haha there are indeed a lot of rumors. I was able to confirm 1 tenant going in there west of the wal mart, but the others are still in negotiations. Hoping to know those within the next month or so

The light at the new Ace is a disaster. That location was not thought out, and they’re putting more businesses in there SMH. Imagine the traffic buildup at that light and the light at 1150 and State during peak tourist season. It’s gonna be a nightmare. It’s so unbelievably stupid I just can’t believe it. We need a Community Center like what Washington City has. WE NEED AN INDOOR POOL.

We do not need an indoor swimming pool.

@@jed4998 sure we do. Kids and adults alike would like to have a nice, modern community center with gym, basketball courts, daycare and indoor pool. Always a good idea to have a pool that’s accessible year round or you end up with a bunch of kids who don’t know how to swim.
