I use to go throught the area in the early 70's before the mtn bike became popular. It was pretty much wide open spaces, very few rules, etc. I came through last year and was amazed at the difference. Best place to fuel up and restroom break was still the circleK on the south end of town.

I'm pretty sure I know but they haven't publicized yet - hopefully soon. As for the gas station and retail, they're still working on negotiations and don't have a timeframe yet that I know of, but should be fairly soon

So we were just there and that food truck was amazing You really should check it out. Although we went to the Sunny Creek coffee shop in the Indian restaurant and we walked in and there was nobody there and we stood there forever it seemed like. And finally this girl walks out, didn't say hello, didn't even acknowledge us. We felt kind of weird and then she just went into the back room again. So we left.

You literally covered food trucks and not the largest development to go into Kanab. that has broken ground and gas units going up right off Main Street. That put in sewer systems and a $3M drainage system off of the BLM into Kanab Creek. But you got the food truck. Nice. Catori Canyon just two blocks off Main Street somehow got missed.
