As A pilot, I can see the future of your airport. When the first good sized jet shows up, the people in Stucki Farms, White Dome, and Desert Canyons will be screaming to close the airport. The clowns in the planning department who allowed the homes off of each end of the runway are to blame, but will accept none of it. Airplane engines are VERY reliable, but when they quit, they often like to do it on takeoff. It was thoughtful of the planners to give the pilot few choices of where to come down. Sooner or later, they will built right up to the airport boundary, leaving the pilot to choose which house to crash in to. That will be the end of your airport. I flew out of Hayward, CA. When taking off or landing, there is nothing but houses and buildings surrounding the airport to "land" in if there is a problem. They sell these houses to people that complain about airplane noise. If you want to keep your airport, you will have to fight with the planning department non-stop until the end of time, and give no voice to those that bought a house off the end of the runway.

Build a small apartment complex for patient/family living within a 50 mile radius. $25 a day or $250 a week (7 days). Must be in 50 mile radius to stay and doctors referral. Small 1bedroom, 1 bathroom, small living room and small kitchenette. When I had several back surgeries and required hydro therapy, I was capable of doing my therapy in the small swimming pool. I had same day surgery and spent $525 to rent a hotel room for 4 days. It's not like there's another hospital to serve us!

Thanks for this update. Could you also check up on and follow the installation of the new exit just before (west of) the Desert Canyons exit? Looks like they have been prepping the south side. We're assuming it will go under the parkway. It was planned to take pressure off the roads in Desert Canyons with all the new homes and school. Would love to know what I will connect to on the north side of the parkway. Thanks.

Yes i mentioned that in my last video in the fort pierce industrial park. I don't have the specifics on if it'll go under Southern Pkwy into the neighborhoods but that would make sense. I do know the road is in the planning process so I should have specifics soon.

Ah-Ah! Plutonium deposits in our area! The area is also known for deposits of uranium. Some locals have mentioned certain spots made them feel sick for no obvious reason. Certain areas of Nevada are also known to have hazardous areas of ground deposits. A reason to re- think before settling here

Yes I mentioned that in my last video with the fort pierce industrial park. Southern Hills pkwy will connect 3000 E. in Little Valley and will hook onto Southern Pkwy as Exit 5. It's all going through the planning process now

Yes we did, thats the only way the drone will even go in that area. Also talked to the airport manager and he was aware too.
