Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.

Well said, these realter providing all the wrong picture to justify price rise. Economics dictates price is controlled by demands, here end users are not able to buy.. going by this guy's logic we have as many millionaires as the inventories being sold. Clearly not possible, these are simply EOI factor driving prices up & FOMO for seasoned investors holding inventories to make money. End users are just don't know how to afford all these in such market amid job losses in IT industry

People in Bengaluru who bought overpriced houses are already facing the heat. Growing metro connectivity and increasing number of projects are pushing the costs down in the secondary market. Also, rental yield is already very low in India.

50% of 1-2Cr, where all of this on leverage (bank loan) so understand this, liquid money is still in MF. buying house in real estate bull run is the biggest return. if hope you get the maths, let me know i can help.

Even after the bull market of real estate if average price hikes in last 5 years in top cities of India is 40-50%, then better to invest in equity and consider real estate for consumption.

Real estate doesn't just gives the returns equal to price hike, you can have significant rental income as well

@@shubhamgattani5357 That significant rental income is 2-3% of the property price. India has one of the world's lowest rental income. Even if you combine rental income and property appreciation, it still cannot beat equity returns.
