This is the Philippines Malacanñang of the North where the President holds office and conferences at times needed. Their house is at the nearby town Batac.

Yes, I'm aware, its in the video description what the place is, the staff there said its the childhood home of the President, hence the numerous bedrooms and family photographs.

I remember this kind of house back then, it is rare to find one now, the style of the house is really comfortable, it is wide. The furnitures of good quality but heavy though. Now those kind of furniture is expensive since Nara and Camagong Trees are rare. Well maintained house

this is interesting to learn the type of wood as Narra/kamagong, its not mahogany but a species of the ebony family "The kamagong tree, also known as the mabolo tree, is a member of the ebony family and is native to the Philippines. It is an endangered species and is protected by Philippine law."

Another presidential residence is The Mansion in Baguio city . Palace in the sky in Tagaytay was an abandoned mansion . It was not finished but also an attraction now

I would love to see this myself, they have the authentic, Spanish style house, huge room, floors were really shiny because that is made of Nara wood, the windows. Relaxing to check on the window, beautiful view. Lots of history on it
