Yes! That’s a great goal! Similar to mine. I wanted to drop 20 pounds. I used the Happy Scale and MyNetDiary apps to help stay on track. It’s not easy! But worth it. If you have questions about things I did, don’t hesitate to ask!

Amazon has 4Monster camping towels. I bought a small and a large to take on my cruise with me and I loved them. They’re super absorbant so I highly recommend. I keep mine in my gym bag and they take up very little real estate in comparison to the standard towels I use to carry.
