I have so many weird things in my shoulder bag, it's handmade with patterns of rainbow Hibiscus flowers, I have angel, vampire, grim reaper, Elsa, and unicorn charms and pins. It carries my phone, earphones, brainstorming notebook, pencils, a vampire teeth eraser, stress cow squishy, lip balm, water, headache medication, emergency first aid, pepper spray, and a picture of Damon Salvatore.

I also carry to much for my own good too😭including like two binders, four books, a sketch book, several notebooks, two pencil cases, a set of 36 colored pencils, two laptops, and lots of other little things(it could be more but several of my teachers let the class keep certain things in the classroom + I don’t have a mini mirror with me anymore bc it’s broken and glass)

Your bag is awesome!! Same here with carrying wayy too much stuff. The most important thing for me is a mosquito repellent. I rarely use it, but just in case I ever go somewhere where that could be useful, I need to have it in my bag! I cannot do mosquitos.

I carry more than I need on days with only one textbook, and that's on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I carry Lore of the Wilds and A Court Of Mist and Fury with me on those days since I only have one textbook on Tuesdays and no textbook on Thursdays. Two of my education classes are a packaged deal in the education world at my university. Side note: I haven't heard anyone say the phrase "packaged deal" since middle school or high school.

As someone who's currently working on their thesis to become a physics graduate, watching someone just starting out is weirdly.... heart-wrenching?? lol. I'm projecting. I hope you have the best of your time in university and that you'll be happy with this choice. 💗 I love your bag too, I have never used temu but I'm tempted to get something similar and finally use the 132112 pins laying around my room....

I steered off more towards materials science/crystallography, from specialising in solid state physics at first, towards the end of my education, but a lot of my friends are still in theorethical or high energy physics (just as examples!) and working towards their PhDs and enjoying it.:)) I've just realised the path of a researcher isn't for me, also due to the codnitions and curcimstances of what it's like in the country I reside in, lol, so I'd say that this experience isn't unviersal and the impressions vary heavily not only from country to country, but the environment you find yourself in at university too. Studying it all for the past few years was a great (and periodically very hard) experience. And good job with your writing journey too! I have subscribed in hopes of getting motivated to pick writing back up myself. 💓

thank you!! it's a planner! it's not really a certain brand? i bought it at Daiso, a Japanese dollar store, and they're my favorite planners ever! i don't know where else you might be able to find them tho haha. i know the company that makes them is called "aliquantum"??? you might be able to find them through there haha!
