I am giggling as I watch you pull more and MORE stuff outta that Mary Poppins bag! Surely a coat rack - or at least a rabbit 🐇 - is coming out at any moment! 🤣🤣 Clever to shop in your own closet👍🏻. I purchased one of those “tool/bible caddy” bags in the spring. GREAT for my small garden tools and easily carries throughout my garden. I bought the same dang item, in a prettier color, to my Bible. Stands up easily, totes from room to room, and has 2 rows of pockets (16 total) to hold my pens, markers, post-it pads and stickers. Two bibles and various religious books & my calendar/planner are easily accessed. Bible bag or caddy is a GREAT idea!

I also planned to get a Bible tote and then realized I had this perfect MK bag in my closet that I only used on vacation as a beach bag for the towels and she is now a , daily used Bible bag. 🥰

I love how you keep stressing how the most important thing is the Word of God. I’ve accumulated so many handy and cute things for Bible journaling along the way, but have yet to get started on actual Bible journaling. I read my Bible daily but I don’t know why I procrastinate when it comes to writing, probably because I’m not a good note taker.😮 But yes, you’re right, the Word is the most important thing to have. Thanks for the video, I enjoyed it and look forward to more videos.

As far as note taking goes, try to write what stands out to you while reading a few verses or look up the meaning of a word that you come across as you’re reading as well. I’d start with a small journal, highlighters & maybe 1 post it pad. My MK tote is well over 7 years old too. Sometimes you can find this exact bag at the thrift stores. 😊
