Girl you are literally me with that bag lol like my grandma inspired me with her purse because she always had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. she always plans ahead in case and now that I'm older I also have a vending machine, a bathroom, hospital, and a pharmacy in my kirby backpack purse. When I tell you how many times people have needed things and I'm the source they need...idk it's enjoyable to have be able to care for people and being able to provide for them.

My brother was in a car accident that left him brain dead July 1st, 2023. He didn't have update the address on his license. He was in an accident, laying in the ICU for hours before anyone ever found how. How did we find out? The local news. We saw the car he was driving, and his personal effects lying around the car very destroyed vehicle. The news report matched his information, the little it was able to post and said he had sever injuries. I had to call 911, every hospital in the area, and then got a call back 20-30mins later confirming that it was infact my brother in the accident. Why is this story seemingly being posted on a random Brittany video? Because of that little post it note in her wallet. Please for the love of everything make sure your license is updated, but more importly put a note with valid phone numbers behind your license so that first responders can see it plainly. I often wonder if we had not watched the news if we would have found out too late to say goodbye. Don't leave your loved ones with that feeling. Start now, don't wait. My brother was 19, he thought he had all the time in the world and never worried about what could happen. RIP Gavin, miss you little brother.

Keeping a note like that is actually very death positive and important too. Having information like that or what your wishes are after you die is important in general. When I signed up for organ donation I also informed the health services who should be notified first, second and third in order in case of an emergency if I'm unable to do it myself. Notifying next of kin would not work since I live in a different country and with the closest person being my partner. Having a will written out, official or otherwise early in your life is a good idea too. Who do you want to take care of and shutting down your social media, accounts and subscriptions? What do you want to happen when you die? Already making those choices can really help anyone left behind after your passing, taking it out of their hands and also limiting or totally avoiding disputes that can happen.
