I just love the explanation for each disc, how much he cares about them and still remembers where he got them. Best in the bag from a genuine dude.

i totally agree with your liking for the c line plastic at the method. i was waiting a long time for a kind of buzzz os stability disc in the discmania setup. the neo and the lux vapor methods aren't stable enough. but the c line comes near to it.😊

Sky Walker and a first run fd1 both are making the bag for the year. Those combined with my neo fd or old s line fd, plus some putting practice, are going to get me over 900 and hopefully close to 925 by the end of the year.

"You don't need to throw X distance i order to bag a disc" Yeap, I bag a old, yet still, super stable champion boss, Ballista pro, astronaut and other discs that are completly out of my "speed range" as my reliable driving distance is 75-80, max is about 90-100m. And yes, 95% of my throws are forehands. But they are so damn useful. That Boss is just tilt with double the range for me, ballista pro is a nice, long range laser beam straight disc with reliable hook at the end, astronaut does that nice, big late turn... They might be little on the utility side than go to throwers, but they'll always have a spot in my bag. IMHO, everyone just needs to play with discs that they like and trust. The flight numbers are not a rule written in stone, they are just guide lines of what to expect.

As a lower 900s rated player, would u suggest that i prioritize my buzzzes and thunderbirds during tournament play? I always feel comfortable throwing those molds or similar molds to most shots even tho a hole may call for more, say a dd3. Im torn between testing myself and skills vs just playing safe. Would love to hear your opinion.

Classic discmania player bagging all of the good old plastic because the new stuff is meh and the business practices are questionable
@benjatopham43129 ай бұрын
Most players now are almost fully dm made bags. I’m sure this stuff takes time. Being a part of the journey is kind of cool. Not every disc they’ve released is great and Casey is super honest about that. I feel like people had a really high expectation of them manufacturing their own stuff and aren’t really willing to work through the process with the brand. That’s cool.
