Ear buds or head phones are a must for me when I travel, which is fairly often for doctor appointment since I live with chronic conditions. I also always always always bring some kind of extra coat or flannel, planes are always chilly and restaraunts usually are too so it's nice to have something to keep me warm, it also looks cute tied around your waist!

And earphones, and nail clippers, and sunblock, and multipurpose cream for mosquito bites and burns, some coins, powerbank, pen, notebook, pantyliner, small towel /handkerchief.. Omg... So many things I bring every time I travel. No wonder my handbag is soo heavy! Haha!

ABOUT VITAMIN C SUPPLEMENTS/ VITAMINS: Hate to be the one to break this to you, Ashley, but vitamin C does NOTHING to change whether or not you get a cold, or how fast you recover from it. Also, it's extremely difficult to not get enough vitamin C from a normal diet (without any supplements), and if you're getting more than that, then your body learns to treat it as something it has to get rid of, and filters out excess like it does toxins. Then, if you suddenly aren't getting (for example) 500% of your daily recommended vitamin C, your body will still be used to filtering it out because you've been giving it so much excess, and you'll suddenly be deficient. PLEASE don't take my word for it! There is SO much misinformation out there that our parents thought was right and we grew up with, but it's really, REALLY important to research for yourself what, for example, vitamin C supplements actually DO. I used to drink EmergenC packets in my water when I went on skiing hut trips with my (generally very health conscious and reasonably skeptical) dad when I was younger, and he did as well and encouraged me to because that is what he had been taught. Only in the past few years have I read more about it and realized that scientifically, extra vitamin C is basically redundant, and at extreme levels, dangerous. Love the video, btw. Also, for the water bottle situation: A lot of people don't realize that you can take EMPTY water bottles right through security, and then fill them up at a drinking fountain on the other side. Buying water is SUCH a waste of resources, it's really quite awful. I don't want to be the annoying, preachy commenter, just want to spread some information I hope you guys will find useful.
