Maybe there's something wrong with me, but I never once looked at a barbie as a child and wished I looked like her. She was a toy for imaginative play, no different to me than my brothers G.I. Joes, or legos, or my pile of stuffed animals. I do think it's good to have a variety of dolls, to me that just equals more fun, but most of the time I'm confused by people who say they're mentally affected by molded plastic. Photo shopped images I can understand because those are supposed to be real people. But dolls are not people.

Jim Dale has got to be the best audio book reading guy ever. He did all of the Harry Potter books and his voice is like actual magic. Highly highly recommend! Audiobooks are my favorite thing to do while doing projects (art major now but spent most of my childhood doing art anyways) Whenever I look at the project later I can remember what part of the story I was listening to while I was doing each part of the project.
