Your lighting is just fine everything is clear and great just perfect! I have my brightness turned mostly down and I can still see just fine!

It is a little dark. You can see shadows so I’m guessing its placement of the light. I’m a mood colorist. I literally will pick something to color and by the time I go to color it (later that day) I’m looking for something else. Thanks for the inspiration 😊

Lovely choices can’t wait to see your finished works. I was also disappointed in the customer service of Chill and Sarah on Etsy. They never responded to my messages for weeks. I will say in the end my issue was resolved to my satisfaction but I just saw that the issue was corrected without ever receiving 1 reply from them. So don’t lose hope for your package but the silence is off putting! Good luck!

Thank you, I saw that it wasn’t just me who had the same experience from the reviews. Etsy got in contact and said I would be getting a refund as they couldn’t get hold of the books. I was pleased that that happened, so the matter was closed. Won’t be buying from there again!
