Harbor Freight Apache cases are pretty sturdy and are half the price of Pelican cases

They're pretty great, agreed, but they're very limited in sizes. They have what they call the 1800, which might hold a pair of nods or a single pistol, ranging through the 4800, which *can* fit a plate carrier and range belt, but barely. The 1650 in the video is a significantly larger and much easier and versatile crate to pack, not to mention it has wheels and a telescoping handle. I do think the harbor freight 9800 is a very comparable contender to the pelican 1750 though, in all aspects.

I think is less "hate", but more frustration. I think folks get a bit frustrated to see every you-tuber have a Triac build, but "Average Joe's" (see what I did there😀) wait 13 months+ months and get attitude when they call to get any info on ETA.

Hopped into this video to look at the DAKA Takeout, wound up getting the run down on three different DAKA pouches, added all three to my cart. Right now I'm using a LBT backpack to haul all my range gear, but the Home Depot tote with DAKA pouches idea sounds great. Is the FixIt Sticks torque driver worth the crazy premium? I already carry a Wheeler gunsmith screwdriver set in my range bag with all the different bit types, but I don't have a torque limiter. I've just been running my stuff to the German spec, gudentite, with blue loctite all over. Never watched your channel before, subbed after this.

You’re correct, this is indeed a 1650. The 1560 only has 2 double throw latches (two on the front), while the 1650 has 7 (two on each side and three on the front), just like the one in this video. I can see why he mislabeled/mixed up the cases as the versions are very similar in numbers.
