I'm partial towards Louis Vuitton bags but this Gucci bag is something I've been lusting for since some time. The only glitch is the 'wear and tear', like you said, the colour on the corners has already started coming off, and that's something I wouldn't be happy with. :/

It really depends on you! Personally for me its not a big deal, its not super noticeable and for the price its hard to beat. A light color is definitely more delicate, so if you got a black one or a deeper color, I don't think it would have the same issue

I agree! It comes in a burnt orange colour (don't know the official colour name) and that would look gorgeous, especially in Fall! BTW, I just read from your comment section that this bag is being discontinued- such a shame- it's such a classic! :/

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one HIDUPZ Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym

I love catching up on these old videos! I recently purchased the Pochette Metis and this bag in the bright pink color. I am so excited to travel with it! Next up on my list is the Cartier ring! Thanks for all the great recommendations. These videos also help a lot to see a up close and personal view of these items. How do you decide which bag to travel with, or use day to day? I always feel bad leaving a bag at home.. Hahah!

I suggest that you spray with a anti rain or water repellent spray let it dry and use a leather cream from time to time.The more expensive or luxury items doesn't mean it must stays as it is longer than a normal leather bag. It depends on what leather it is, how you use it, where do you use it etc. Just a heads up:)I used to work in a luxury store and I also have this bag. The colors don't goes off, I sprayed it right after I got it and put on some creams 3-4 times a year.

The classic colors of disco bag arent being discontinued however they have new release that is similar shape to these but has gold bumble.bee in calf leather..it felt luxurious howver so.boxy so i still prefer the pebble disco bag. Great video Allie!

I have the same issue with my gucci soho but it's the red color. I ordered mine from Neiman Marcus and my bag came a little discolored on edges on bottom corners of bag. Which is weird because it's brand new. It's a beautiful bag and I'm keeping it , it's sold out so the store gave me $100 off. I wonder if all the soho bags look rubbed in corners?

The woman at holts saying the wallet was the last one in the company just means its the last one within all holts stores across Canada, if they didn't have it in stock, and another store did, they could have pulled it from that store for you, unless it was the Ogilvy location, as they work somewhat separately and can't pull stock from other holts stores (used to work there lol) that YSL wallet is quite popular even where I work now and is always hard to keep in stock.

i have this Gucci replica in black. When i saw for myself that knockoffs are the exact same quality, if not better, than my authentic bags, I was convinced. this purse is just lovely.
