I went to Paris a few weeks ago. I purchased my first Longchamps after being inspired by you. I bought the large then went and got the mini with short handle for an every day carry. Love these bags!

Good size bag. I often use zip lock food bags for clothingm. Fold items to fit the bag, zip up almost to the end, then squash or roll out the remaining air and close the zip. Zip lock bags can be contained in a rip stop nylon swimwear bag. Yes, always travel size toiletries, cleansers, etc. My make up and a small folding mirror, plain and magnifying, go in a clear soft flat vinyl pencil case - it can be squashed into corners. Hair bands, grips, clips and flat comb go in another clear pencil case. Footwear in rip stop nylon bags. And a couple of fold out lightweight bags, rip stop nylon, in case I buy things to bring home. Teach cables, however, do go in a firm click lid food box, just to stop them being squashed, bent, damaged.

I have the same bag and customized it by adding brass grommets on the tabs so I can attach a crossbody tapestry strap from PomPom. I also use a soft pocket sorter that I got in Barcelona to keep all the bits organized and provides some padding for my iPad and iPhone.

Is the bag you have like the mustard colored one she showed & is it the small size how she stated or is it the large size? I only ask because the mustard colored bag looks like the large size Longchamp has

@ yes it is the small size. It may look a bit different because I added grommets and a crossbody strap which widens the appearance of the top of the bag. It is mustard yellow and I purchased it in Nice.

I have Longchamp Le Pliage bags in several sizes-all are useful. I prefer totes/satchel bags to bags with compartments. By the way, there are many Longchamp bags for sale used on Poshmark. And…these bags wash beautifully in the washing machine and hung to dry.

Little tip: smudges, etc. easily removed by rubbing a Scotch Brite Easy Eraser (wall/surface eraser pad) over it. Works for dark and light colors (I have a navy Le Pliage backpack and paper Le Pliage tote).

Girl, that perfume needs to fit in your liquids bag to go through security. Last time I was in Walmart, they had bags just like that for about $20. Don’t get all the hype about overpriced Longchamps. It’s just a tote bag with no organizational features.

I have had knock offs of this bag and they just don't last. My Longchamp is very durable and I found it at the church sale for one dollar. I have another smaller one that was gifted me which I use all the time and again they just don't wear out and are super lightweight. Love them but could never pay full price for one.
