I’m a big fan of 1/2 Fire sharpening with profile, I used to use 3/8 I liked the back and forth edge work when I played behind the net a lot. Switched to the 1/2 to get a little more glide and speed without more effort.

Great video! I've been using the Vapor series as well, but for the elbow pads I'm using CCM Jetspeed ft6 pros, they're the best I've ever had

I would have liked to see what other accessories you pack in your bag ie: tape, tools, towels, water bottle, etc. I always feel like I'm missing something in my bag, like I just discovered a paint brush is good for dusting off your skate wheels after a roller hockey game.

How did you manage to convert the Hyperlite 2 to roller? Or can any boot able to be converted over to roller?

any boot can, most pro shops that can do rivet work should be able to do it. usually requires drilling some new holes and can be a little pricey

i play roller and use the rezztek grips but i use tape on the bottom of the stick cos i dont want to ruin the bottom of the blade, whilst you've been using it has your stick got roughed up or is it ok to use the strips without tape on the bottom and not worry about the bottom of your stick?
