I always watch your lunchbox ideas. In all these years, I’ve never thought to put the condiments in between the meat and cheese on the sandwich so it won’t get SOGGY!! Brilliant! Game changer.

In the UK, we normally butter the bread, and that also prevents the condiments from making the bread soggy.

If you boil the potatoes first and rinse them them in cold water it gets the starch off and makes them tender on the inside and crispy on the outside

Use a rubber band instead of a chip clip. Holds better, never falls off, cheaper and easier to store.

For my chicken salad all I use is Mayo, celery, and Mrs. Dash in the garlic & herb flavor. So delicious.

Try storing your celery wrapped in foil or precut the head of celery into stalks and put in a jar and cover the sticks with water, it will last for weeks stored in either of these methods!

Those Stanley cup's have lead in them. I alway's made my husband's and children's lunches the night before and sat them in the order they left out the door every morning. To make that cheese cake mixture all you do is mix a can of sweetened condensed milk with 2 pkgs of cream cheese 1/2 tsp vanilla. Or a squrt of lemon juice Mix it really well, Cheaper to make your own

You can also just use powdered sugar and cream cheese I use the cond milk cause my husband prefers it he love's the stuff I have to keep him out of it.

I love the chicken-apple sausages. I have a recipe I got from a package I purchased at Target for a hash with those. It has sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, onions, and the sausage (everything diced). The sweet potatoes go really well with the sausage. I like to make a big batch and freeze some in small portions for easy breakfasts. I really think you would like it.

The Artesano bread is so delicious and wonderful. I get the Aldi version though since they have it (its in the specialty breads section next to the regular bread n buns on the bottom shelf usually)

@@KristinStepp Hi Kristin, it was deli roast beef. And it had a lovely gravy or au jus you made as well for dipping. I thought it was either last autum (2022, or maybe winter 2022-2023). Fellow trucker wife...you get to pack your husband all the cool stuff 😂❤ mine doesnt stop driving for lunch and i can only pack food he can eat with one hand. His route has lots of hills and turns and he's almost always shifting. So its mostly sandwiches and wraps with finger food.
