It’s like a bowling bag. Try wd40 on your zipper I use it on my jeans. The colors are really pretty great accessories too and matching nails too. Tfs 🥰🙏🏾❤️

TFS!!!!! I love the shape of this bag and it does hold a lot. You may be right about how the bag feels different from the other JC bags. I think JC is starting to up the quality of there bags since they are making a come back.💚💚💚💚
