Your reviews are everything for me! It really helps me to decide which purse or backpack is for me! I’m currently carrying a VB campus backpack for work and I find it too big. I was carrying a VB large iconic tote, and found it was too big . My car had a flat tire and I didn’t want to leave my tote. It was not ideal for walking. So I transferred to the campus backpack. I’m on the lookout for a medium backpack and trying not to carry so much! Any suggestions? This looks like a huge backpack too.

I would check out the hopper from Lug if you are wanting a smaller "day pack" size backpack.

Great video (as always). I just traveled on a business trip by air and my big question, wondering if anyone knows whether this passes the measurements test for a personal item (not carry-on) for Delta or other airlines? I also love that particular lining on the black Lug, not a fan of the striped interior, too busy and glaring for me when I see it.

Thanks for making a video on this! 😊 I’m still on the fence about this bag, but the front interior pockets are definitely tempting 😍 I wish more backpack-brands utilized that space. Did u find the weight of the bag (filled up) on par with the campus backpack? Was it heavier to carry or basically the same?

I would say basically the same! But depends on how much you fill it. I feel like I can get more in this one but I don’t notice it to be much heavier than the Campus.

Is there padding at the base of the laptop pocket? I worry if the laptop will hit concrete when you put the bag down.

Not much. Not as much padding as the actual laptop sleeve, at least. But if you place the bag down gently I don’t see there being an issue with damaging your laptop.

good afternoon! i have a question about the vera bradley glenna tote, if you dont mind. i ordered from an outlet sale, a glenna in the hanging around print. i cant seem to get the side pull ties (?) to even out the bag and it looks all "crooked". would that be because it is a factory item? thanks
