Are you able to do an example of your note book? Like how you have it laid out? I really like that idea for when I go to the doctor.

Thank you for sharing! I have been struggling to organize all of my medical documents, and your video has given me a starting point :) What do you do with your documents that are more than a year old? Do you put each Doctor in their own binder or in one binder under different tabs even though there is more than one doctor under the same practice? Like Neuro, Physical Therapy, etc. How long do you keep the information or do you save it onto a flash drive for future references? Have a very blessed weekend!
