Hello Zoe :) I just started playing squash and I LOVE IT. I was curious what shorts/skirts you recommend. I was using normal shorts but they ride up a little too much. Thank you!

Hey! So sorry for my very delayed reply, it can be so hard to find good shorts! I mainly wear Nike, Lorna Jane and Rockwear skirts, I also find shorts that have built in bike shorts/bummers good too :) hope that helps!

+Thiyara de silva Warm up properly before your matches, trust that you are as prepared as you can be and try finding something that makes you relax like going outside, listening to music etc.. I can do a video on nervousness if you like :)

Do you take a heart rate monitor or alike and also your thoughts on sports drinks during matches -> Great videos, really enjoyable to watch (:

I wear a Garmin sports watch which tracks my heart rate. I personally don’t drink sports drinks during matches as most of them are just full of sugar. I just drink water and I will have hydralyte (electrolytes) if I feel dehydrated. Thank you :)
