Oh interesting, how severe were the connection issues? I'm primarily using them with a Samsung S20 FE in pocket or on the desk in front of me and haven't personally had problems. Thanks for sharing man 🙌

if you don't smoke, switch that zippo insert to a butain torch. It won't evaporate and will last much longer.

I did end up switching to the butane insert! One thing I don't like about it though is the 5 second cutoff. I liked being able to keep the flame on as long as I needed.

How does the Sandisk SSD compare to the popular Samsung one? I believe it's called the T5 :)

Hey there! At first glance, they're pretty comparable. The Samsung and the Sandisk both have max data transfer speeds of 540 and 550 Mbps (fast!), both USB-C, same price, and made by reputable memory manufacturers. The only thing I would say is the Sandisk has a smaller footprint, a nice silicone grippy texture so it's a bit more rugged and scratch resistant. I'd hold.out for Black Friday and grab whichever is at a deeper discount. Hope that helps!

I've seen some people do it so they can access their SSD while on the go without the risk of the SSD plugging out or something similar. Have you tried it yet? Seems super practical, but a part of me doesn't wanna "tape" something to the back of my MacBook, even though it's got a dbrand skin on it. Btw, it's cool to see your channel grow like this! Haha yea I just looked it up for ya. I haven't tried that but honestly I wouldn't. Risking damage to the usb ports if it gets caught on something is much more of a hassle, but if you can figure out how to do it cleanly, maybe a 90-degree USB connection? Really good video ! Keep it up ! For the stand if your would like to look for the "pocket tripod PRO by geometrical" it gives you different angles (basically any angle) and if your would like your can keep it in your phone, it is the size of a card, and the thick is of 2 cards New sub btw 😃

@@RonKwok yeah ! I've being using mine for about 9 months now and it is really good, no problems at all. And believe me 😂 it can take a beating, about a month ago I had an accident on my bike (everything it's ok😂) and literally I fell on my butt, I had the pocket tripod in my back pocket and my pants ripped off, even my wallet received some damage and I was really impressed because nothing happened to the pocket tripod !
