That is very unfortunate about the horrible packaging. I'm not surprised the book was damaged. PS, the Bolt Action starter sets (at least the Band of Brothers) includes a quick start pamphlet in addition to the rulebook.

Please look up Battle of Brody/Dubno, numbers of tanks seriously higher than Kursk, bit one sided by comparison but by the numbers, far larger.

I feel like the box is false advertising. It says it is complete WW2 starter set. For that to be accurate it should have instructions for invading Poland.

They failed to give a proper mustache trimming kit to make sure that the user looks the part as well! 0/10 would not start the second world war with this box! - Jon

I was less excited about this one because I prefer combined arms - which is why Stalingrad was my preference.

In a way it was less exciting for us too. It's mostly just to add value to the Stalingrad stuff. Between these two boxes, we will be able to play some wicked games of BA! Stand by while we work on it. There may be a painting guide or two in between 🤔 -Jon
