These Snatoms cost more than 5 disposable cameras... I get it's 3d printed parts shipped in low quaintly but JESUS that's a lot for a bunch of magnets and plastic balls. I don't know how this would be easily accessible to a school at the price it is at right now

I ordered and paid for the Snatom X kit, over a week ago, got the initial acknowledgement email, but no info on when they will be delivered. I've emailed snatoms and Vertasium but no response. I'm thinking of cancelling my order or at least swapping to the micro snatoms as my enthusiasm has faded. There is no system to get my money back or change my order. Will you please respond in some way.

I'm torn. I want the expanded kit, but the microsnatoms are cheaper and easier to construct. I don't know which one is better.

you can add sodium by making a ball and the magnet in it doesn't rotate so it doesnt bond together

Your Prices are ridiculous and I don't mean just the prices are too expensive, though they are. But there is an option of buying spares and making an identical kit out of spares is a few dollars cheaper on all 3 kits. Why? Also, the spares allow you to make customizable kits. Dump a few Atoms here and there and you have a decently priced kit of Snatoms. There is no reason to buy a kit from the website.

The only way to buy it that I know of is the website and even if there are other ways the website is the official and most reputable seller.

We bought the Snatoms X complete kit but were dissapointed when it came with wrongly packed atoms. I have send multiple emails to info@ ... adress with no reply whatsoever. We do not want to send the product back without previous aknowldgement or communication from the company as it si an expensive product .
