We call them Hama beads there’s mini and giant over here in the uk as well as normal 😮 that is the paper to go over when you iron it 😊

Julie the little dispenser you use to put beads in the plastic squares to make coasters pretty sure you the wax paper over the beads in the square n iron them or hot glue not sure hope this helps
