Folks, as much I as I love the videos, what none of the presenters are talking about while showing us all the upscale housing options is: Very few folks in Africa no matter which country can afford them. Equally, who would invest in countries that have a healthcare /educational system not even remotely to western countries (which is perhaps why those who can afford it receive their education/medical care in the west). Furthermore, who would want to invest in countries with unstable political systems where your investment might be jeopardized? I live in the US (originally from Europe) and for the reasons just mentions would never invest in any of those countries unless I see a remediation to the issues I just mentioned. Africa is a great continent with immense potential, young population who deserves better with governance that is not corrupt and does not sell out their people and raw commodities to the Chinese(more could be said)

Naira is selling 425 to 1 on black market. This will only crash further to 500 to 1 and maybe farther. Why would anyone pay dollars for this? Why would they pay over 1 million. They would be lucky to move the building for $500,000 a unit on average.

Like pretty much everywhere in the world, what you are sold is primarly location! Furniture, appliances or not, they will still sell you those apartments and houses for a lot of money. Worth it or not? Depends on who you are talking to. That's why I just enjoy this type of videos for the quality content that Tayo is offering us whether I would buy/rent or not and keep it moving! ✌🏽❤

There are apartments in New York cost 20 to 40 millions dollars and you still don’t see the ocean but definitely well furnished than this. $900k for this I don’t think is too much considering the location. Have I just seen Hisense microwave in 1,000,000 dollars apartment with the narrowest hallway coupled with a very low ceiling? Rosemary has no tastes whatsoever either! Those chairs are big let down too in a million dollars apartment. Definitely not good value for money....Just too bland!!!! Too basic!!! Nothing is luxury about this apartment. Many council flats in inner London look much better. The selling point is the location and most certainly not the interior decor. IKEA produces better flat pack furnitures than those littered in this apartment.

This city will do well if there are centers of attraction worth seeing, touring etc. I would suggest the towers be converted into 21st century offices and hotels, or even time shared properties. Owning a residence here is not for today's middle class.
