Bass anglers of any level can learn something from Edwin from that one guy thats won a time or 3 kvd down to the JV angler who got his first spinning reel/rod this morning. Those are important things bc make it on pro level you gotta be good but to stay you gotta be consistent. But the best thing I think kvd, that same JV angler, you, myself, any and everybody can learn from Edwin is his attitude! How to win win grace but also how to lose with grace. To suffer some of the personal pain and still be on the water competing says everything you’d need to know about his faith, family, work ethic at the farm or the nitro, his passion, and desire to leave something bigger than himself when he walks away from professional fishing, and his little spot on earth when he hands it down to his kids. Still a lot of great people in all corners of this country just have to look to see them! I think Edwin is one that kinda stands out and why he’ll always be a top favorite of mine.
