Unbelievable all-in-one solution at an extremely low price! Things that impress me are: friendly UI, easy to use button, fast-forwarding play, surprisingly awesome audio quality and so many modes. Things that are not so good include, poor AM and SW receiving capability. Perhaps it's due to my geo-location.

@@kwdavids1 vero fino ad un certo punto...in europa le onde medie per esempio si sono lettralmente svuotate...i canali ''Graveyard'' oggi sono tantissimi anche con un ricevitore ICOM ed antena sul tetto. Con la sua ferrite fà il suo dovere...la direzionalità è spiccata e riesco a separare parecchie emittenti in coabitazione sulla stessa frequenza... Certo che se avesse avuto almeno un filtro AM stretto che sò...a 4 khz sarebbe stato meglio specie per le onde corte. Io ce l'ho collegata con la Verticale CB Ringo sul tetto ed attaccata solo con il centrale e la tengo per provare le frequenze in onde corte e sono molto soddisfatto'...Radio New Zealand con segnale discreto....Ascensione...Thailandia... Radio Taiwan 21700..poi è ovvio che col la sola antenna stilo dentro casa fà quel che può...ma un certo numero di emittenti le potete ascoltare in pantofole...😃

Thanks v much for this. I am an RF engineer and enjoying seeing what's inside. Appreciate the effort! I think it is a cool radio, but I just do not like the BL-5C batteries. They don't last, and I much prefer the common AAs.

You can record radio programs in to microSD card. A useful function in this little device !

This radio is also available from Raddy as the RF-30. The HanRongDa K-603 records at a much higher sound level of 320 in its mp3 player as compared to the V-115's 128! SW sensitivity in the HanRongDa K-603 is much better than the Retekess V-115.

Ho comprato entrambe. Il Retekess è un'incubo se si vuole sentire la radio...puoi solo impostare la frequenza con il tastierino. Se provi la scansione manuale accedi solo alle memorie: una schifezza. Peccato perchè sarebbero davvero due bei portatilini...

thats also a retekess v115 you can get better performance buy insulating some of the chips, i put thermal tape over them to reduce interference from my monitors

Should have known that before, got rid of my V115 because of the horrible self-made RF by the radio even on FM

The HanRongDa K-603 is a much better SW receiver than the Retekess V-115 as I own both radios!

è un radio spartano ma con caratteristiche interessantissime. Prima di tutto REGISTRA e non solo la radio ma anche il bluetooth. la sorgente esterna e la voce: primo grande motivo per acquistarlo. Un display per i dati del contenuto della micro-sd incredibilmente ricco per un radiolino pagato meno di 20 dollari. Secondo motivo per l'acquisto. Una radio FM più che dignitosa e in AM onde corte e medie accettabili. Ottimo equalizzatore. Qualità di registrazione a scelta in tre posizioni tutte comunquè di alta qualità (rate). Malissimo invece la memorizzazione: lasciate perdere. Se anche la memorizzazione della stazioni radio fosse stata buona avrebbe vinto tutto! Per me quattro stelle piene.

how can i tune the EQ? comparing this to my v115 seems to be lacking bass they both seem to have the same components and when i connected it to my computer i was able to change it but its not permanent only when its connected to my computer via usb and its being used as a speaker for my computer. when i disconnected goes back to normal bass when i play the radio/bluetooth/aux
