Can you deck build Universus with older cards? Like can I use my older Cowboy Bebop with Godzilla cards? Godzilla is SO awesome! These cards look amazing!

Yes! Although only sets printed in 2022 onwards are legal in standard play. MHA: Crimson Rampage is the earlist legal product currently. So the Cowboy Bebop challenger decks from this year are standard legal, but the 2018 Cowboy Bebop booster set is not. 2018 cards are still legal for retro format though!

Decks are the only way to get additional Collector Boosters, unfortunately!
