It looks to me as if there is black mold growing on the inside of the windows and on the back sides of the drapes in several windows, which would indicate that there is water intrusion most likely caused by plugged gutters and downspouts. When these are plugged it can cause water to back up under the roofing and soffits resulting in wet ceilings, walls and attic spaces which cause black mold (a serious health hazard).
