Lol don't talk about how the well site works it will make the video 100 times better. You pick up from a sand terminal and drop off at a Frac Site or Well Site where they are doing what they call Hydraulic Fracturing. They ain't pumping no oil while you are making those deliveries. What they are doing is using all those pump trucks you see out on location to put all that sand you all deliver down the hole with water/chemicals to fracture the ground.

@@lilmistik01 wanted to be home more. I run containers in houston now. I think it’s better and easier than the frac sand. And I’m home every night. Frac sand was cool but it can be stressful at times. Finding a new oil well can be a headache. I still don’t regret doing it.

A tip I will say is when going to a new oil well, try to find someone who been there before and either follow them there or ask how to get there. Because sometimes the gps would send you in the wrong place. You can get stuck in the middle of nowhere without phone service. And when you get there try to save the location on your map or something. Another thing is when the app send you loads make sure the pay makes sense. Sometimes they would send you a cheap load that would take all day to do. But sometimes you can’t get around that. Bring an extra tire and supplies for your truck because you can get stuck in the middle of nowhere. Get a few drivers numbers for information and maybe someone that can help you out if u in a jam. Some drivers are not going to be willing to help you out. It’s kind of dog eat dog out there. Same thing with the containers doe. But good luck bro. Run up that bag

I’m in the process of switching from another company I’m leased on to..my question after I saw the app I signed up for otr and it showed different amounts for the load it seemed like some of the loads the times didn’t match up when I put it out for the week..do those est amounts over inflated..how do the app work? Once u accepted the lane for that week do the times match up..what if u r delayed at a shipper or receiver..that messes up the whole tour…I don’t want to make the wrong decision to come over..I’m only Midwest region planning on renting their reefer..do u actually get paid next day..my bills are 8000 a month will I get that? Thank u in advance…I read reviews drivers complain about not being able to reach office personnel and sometimes u don’t get next day pay..I’m waiting on them to send me the daily fixed costs

I was contacted by Chris at 5F about the opportunity to come on as an owner operator. Are you still with them? And is it everything they promised? Next day pay and up to 92% of the loads? It sounds too good to be true lol

Yea. I’m bout to pickup a load for them now. It’s next day pay and you can earn up to 92% after you work a few weeks. You start off at 87.5% then you go to 90% and then 92.5%. I was working in Shreveport but I’m in San Antonio right now. The bad part is when things get slow you may have to transfer to another region if you want to keep making money. Another bad thing is that it’s rough roads that’s bad on your truck. And also you can wait a long time to get loaded and unloaded. Getting loaded in Shreveport is usually fast but getting unloaded can take long sometimes. San Antonio is vice versa. I’m seeing that other regions can pay better. San Antonio pays more per load than Shreveport. I think it’s best if you live in the region already. Well at least that’s how I feel. It’s pretty much like a local job. The loads are close by probably no more than 2 to 3 hours away from pickup.
